In a highly interactive week, participants engaged in a masterclass on foresight approaches, shared their experiences and lessons, heard from thought-leaders on food systems and foresight, and identified ways of strengthening foresight practice in their own countries and regions.

The workshop was supported by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), and the World Food Programme (WFP). Regional network partners included the Asia-Pacific Association of Agricultural Research Institutions (APAARI), the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) and the World Bank.
